You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phcash16 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. phcash16 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
phcash16 may require you to complete a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process before processing withdrawals or granting full account access. KYC documentation may include a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's licence, or UMID card) and proof of address.
phcash16 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, and selected over-the-counter payment channels. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. phcash16 does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on your bank.
phcash16 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests, including requesting source-of-funds documentation for large withdrawals. Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts. All funds must be withdrawn to an account registered in your own name.
Deposits made to phcash16 are for gaming purposes only. phcash16 does not pay interest on account balances. Funds deposited in error may be returned upon written request, subject to verification and deduction of any applicable processing fees.
phcash16 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered. General bonus conditions include:

The following activities are strictly prohibited on phcash16 and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, and forfeiture of account balances:
phcash16 cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies, including PAGCOR, in the investigation of suspected illegal activity. phcash16 may report suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities without prior notice to the player concerned.
All content on the phcash16 platform, including but not limited to the phcash16 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of phcash16 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the phcash16 platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any phcash16 content without prior written consent from phcash16.
phcash16 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data privacy legislation, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). However, phcash16 cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over the internet and shall not be liable for any unauthorised interception of data beyond its reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, phcash16 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the phcash16 platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.
phcash16 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. phcash16 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
phcash16's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
phcash16 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the event of a breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or for any other reason phcash16 deems appropriate in the interests of platform integrity or regulatory compliance.
Players may close their phcash16 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
